No. You're welcome whether you're planning your first steps or already saving towards a deposit.

Can I buy my first home within 24 months?

We'll discuss ways to plan towards a 24-month goal. Your timeline depends on your income, savings, affordability and circumstances; a purchase isn't guaranteed.

What will I learn at the dinner?

Deposits, mortgage basics, affordability, costs of buying, and how to build a workable savings plan, with time for your questions.

Is food included in the ticket?

Yes. Please tell us about any dietary requirements when you book.

Can I attend with my partner?

Yes. The couple's pass covers two guests for £15.

Where is the venue?

The dinner is in Peterborough. The full address is shared with booked guests.

Do I need a mortgage agreement in principle?

No. You can attend even if you haven't spoken to a lender or mortgage broker yet.

Will anyone pressure me to buy or sign up?

No. It is an information and discussion event. Attending does not commit you to a mortgage, property purchase or PBA membership.
